Core Menswear LLC (EIN: 98-1927607) is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We operate an e-commerce store selling men's fashion and apparel, shipping to the United States and Canada.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes. We accurately describe all products to the best of our ability.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted; the purchase agreement is formed at that moment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping

Shipping is 100% free on all orders — no minimum purchase required. We ship to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Core Menswear LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright law. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@coremenswear.com to attempt good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Each party bears its own legal costs. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. You agree that all claims must be brought individually — not as part of any class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Core Menswear LLC.
