Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas season), processing may extend up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Total time from order placement to delivery:

Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Where We Ship

We ship to:

• United States: all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
• Canada: all provinces and territories

We do not currently ship to: PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or destinations outside the United States and Canada.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your delivery location and the most reliable service available. You will receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Your tracking number
• A direct tracking link to monitor your package in real time

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your confirmation email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Package Not Received?

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

1. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
2. Check with neighbors, building management, or a secure delivery location
3. Contact us at info@coremenswear.com — we will open a carrier investigation within 2 business days

If your package appears stuck in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will resolve the situation with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If the address error was on our side, we reship at no cost. If the error was in the address you provided, a reshipment fee may apply.

Customs and Duties — Canada

For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties, GST/HST, and applicable provincial taxes may be assessed at the time of delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount. All shipments are declared at their true commercial value in accordance with customs regulations.

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays (especially November – December), carrier networks experience significantly higher package volumes. We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before any important date to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or high seasonal volume.
