Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) through Shopify Payments. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency.

Payment Security

Your payment information is handled exclusively by Shopify Payments, which is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service provider — the highest level of payment security certification in the industry. All transactions are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).

Core Menswear LLC never stores, views, or has access to your full card number. Payment data is processed and secured entirely within Shopify Payments' infrastructure.

Currency

All prices on coremenswear.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account is held in a different currency, your card issuer may apply foreign exchange conversion fees. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are outside our control.

Payment Authorization

By completing your order, you authorize Core Menswear LLC to charge the full order amount — including any applicable taxes — to your selected payment method. Payment is captured at the time of order placement. If payment authorization fails, your order will not be processed and you will be notified promptly.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please retain it for your records in case you need to reference your order or initiate a return.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax laws. For Canadian orders, GST/HST and applicable provincial taxes may apply. Customs duties for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

Fraud Prevention

We use automated fraud detection tools to protect our customers and business from unauthorized transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent and to request additional identity verification in such cases. If an order is cancelled due to fraud concerns, any payment authorization will be voided and no funds will be captured.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or notice an unexpected charge, please contact us at info@coremenswear.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in delays in resolution.
