Orders and Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the United States and all provinces and territories in Canada. We do not currently ship internationally beyond these countries.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders — no minimum purchase required. You pay nothing for delivery.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, delivery takes 5-7 business days. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 6-9 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@coremenswear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will email you a free prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

How much does return shipping cost?

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label — you pay nothing to send the item back.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Your bank may need an additional 3-5 days to post the refund to your statement.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fee. The full amount you paid is refunded.

What items cannot be returned?

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as final sale

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us immediately at info@coremenswear.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will cover all return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Products and Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a sizing chart with measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. If you have specific questions about fit, email us at info@coremenswear.com before ordering.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. This gets the correct item to you faster.

Are your products true to size?

Most of our products run true to size. Refer to the specific size chart on each product page, as fit can vary by style and brand.

Payments and Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay via Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed via Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

Do prices include tax?

All prices displayed include any applicable US sales tax where required by law. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — there are no hidden fees.

Why did I see a different price on another website?

Product prices may vary between different retailers due to shipping costs, import duties, and other factors. Our prices are set independently and reflect our commitment to honest, accessible pricing.

Do I need an account to shop?

No. You can browse and check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save your address, and access past purchase history.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign In" in the top navigation of our website and follow the prompts to register with your email address.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Sign In" and select "Forgot your password?" to receive a password reset email.
