At Core Menswear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund process is straightforward, fair, and completely free.

1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to initiate a return. The return window is calculated from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier — not the purchase date. Returns initiated after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be accepted for return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed — with no signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage
- Have all original tags attached (swing tags and care labels must be intact)
- Be in original or equivalent protective packaging
- Not be a Final Sale item (see Section 3)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or accepted at a reduced refund amount, at our sole discretion. We will notify you by email before making any such decision.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene and health reasons)
- Pierced jewelry and earrings
- Personalized or custom-made items created to your specifications
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase
- Digital products and e-gift cards
4. How to Start a Return
- Email info@coremenswear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Include the reason for return (optional but helpful).
- We will reply within 1 business day with a free prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original or protective packaging and attach the label.
- Drop the package off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Keep the drop-off receipt.
- Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.
Return shipping is completely free. We cover the full cost of the prepaid return label for all eligible returns from both the US and Canada.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return shipment, we inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If the return meets our eligibility criteria:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account
If a returned item does not meet our eligibility conditions, we will notify you by email. The item will be returned to you (at your cost) or held for 14 days pending your instructions.
6. Refund Amount
Approved returns receive a full refund of the item price. If you originally paid shipping on your order (note: all orders ship free), any shipping charge would also be refunded. There are no restocking fees — ever.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct size or color exchanges. To get the right item quickly:
- Initiate a return for the original item following the steps above
- Place a new order for the desired size or color
This ensures you receive your replacement item as fast as possible without waiting for our return process to complete.
8. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery:
- Email info@coremenswear.com with your order number
- Attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item and its packaging
We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or send a replacement — including any original shipping charges — at no cost to you. No return label is needed for damaged or wrong items in most cases.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1–2 business days of placement, before they enter our fulfillment process. To cancel, email info@coremenswear.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process upon delivery.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund 10 business days after our confirmation email:
- Check your bank or credit card statement — your bank may require additional processing time
- Contact your bank or card issuer directly to inquire about pending refunds
- If still unresolved, email us at info@coremenswear.com and we will investigate immediately
